Who am I?
I teach, coach, travel, write & wonder. As a person, I believe in people and my mission in life is to make people believe in themselves. As a professional, I am an international trainer and project manager and I do projects about education and education about projects.
Professional Experience
I have worked as a consultant for various governments and international organisations (among them, the German and Romanian Governments, The Regional Cooperation Council, The British Council, The Bucharest City Council, The National Institute of Administration). In 2007 I founded the Assistance Centre for the Sustainable Development of Human Resources, and built a strong and motivated team. To date we have managed to almost double our budget every year and expanded our activity on 2 continents.

All these experiences and travels encouraged me to lay the foundations of the EquiliTri Framework. For me, the Journey started in India and Cambodia, with piloting the EquiliTri tools and continued with establishing the European EquiliTri Programme and its 9-year strategy, the international team and the infrastructure for the EquiliTri Network. Studies
In the beginning I went from one university to another because I did not like working that much. That led to a long route across Europe and Asia, studying project management related areas in several universities and institutes, such as the University of Exeter, England, the University of the Philippines, the Manchester Institute for Development Policy & Management, The Central European University in Hungary and a few others. I believe we should never stop learning, therefore, aside from learning from experience, every now and then I delve deeper into either research, reading or courses.
